Again, thats all well and fine. Sorry, but it IS disparaging to those MILLIONS that practice to be told that you are “recovering”, like there’s something genetically wrong with those that are NOT recovering.

Lets say that a trait that you were EXTREMELY proud of is that you have BRIGHT RED HAIR. It’s a large part of who you are. You identify yourself in large part to it. You, like other proud and practicing RedHeads beleive it is THE color of hair to be! Would you be off put if someone stated that they are a RECOVERING REDHEAD!?!?!

it wouldn’t bother me at all, but i see your point. since we already have enough needless religious acrimony here at LGF, i will endeavor to not use the phrase again, out of courtesy.
