Look, you’re probably right but saying they won’t change because the new guy hasn’t changed before anything’s had time to change is poor argumentation.

I’m assuming that you dropped the not from the response (see above). Still, I don’t think it’s poor argumentation. Jong-un has been increasingly been put in a position of power to succeed Jong-il since Jong-il had those medical issues beginning a few years ago (stroke/heart issues), and the line of succession has been firmed up since 2009. That means that they’ve been working towards a smooth succession and continuation of policy.
