The USA sees nothing of it other than more cheap consumer goods that people can sell at the Wal-Mart, where they now work for minimum wage without benefits now that they have lost their job because their previous employer closed the factory and relocated abroad.

Missing the point. That factory was going to close anyway, because if the same thing can be made for significantly less elsewhere, it will be.

So the only question left is, do you want the company to fold entirely and lose ALL of those jobs, or just the jobs that, at our current level of technology, probably don’t deserve to be much higher than minimum wage anyway?
