You are the exception. Just getting something with the return address IRS, is enough to scare the bejebus out of most people.

I understand that. They’re a huge bureaucracy, and there’s nothing worse.

But if you go in calm, and remember that you have done nothing wrong (well, unless you have…), you are usually better off.
