Yes. It’s a conclusion that Beck/Malkin would and did come to.

At the funeral. He wasn’t making a personal swipe at the pres. He was making a political statement about how we spend on wars but not the poor. You can agree with his politics or not but it’s not radical.

I’d point out, however, that the two named were by no means the only ones to come to this conclusion, nor were they the originators of the proposition that these were fairly radical beliefs.

As for not taking a swipe at the president at the funeral, at whom, then, might these accusations of lying about the presence of WMD’s in Iraq be directed if not at President George W. bush, who was in attendance?
