I would file that design under “Engineers Gone Wild”. I have on very good authority that the dirty little secret when employing fuel cell technology to automobiles is the production of highly lethal Hydrazine (think Space Shuttle fuel and satellite shoot down.)

Where exactly, is the hydrazine produced? Is it in the production of the fuel cell, or a byproduct of the use of the fuel cell? Using a fuel cell is only supposed to produce water.
