Not to make light of your accident and memory problems but as someone older than you I admit I do exactly what you describe doing. You’re getting into a habit that will improve your faith in yourself as you age.

My neuro people were careful to emphasize that ‘Its not always the TBI, sometimes it’s the aging brain.’ One of them was a year older than me, so she had all kinds of credibility, like you do.
