,You find yourself going one way in this world and the others going another. And it just sucks because maybe those qualities were always there but you overlooked them? I don’t remember my friend being political for the longest time. But looking back on it, I do remember him posting stupid stuff about how we should drug test welfare recipients but it wasn’t constant like it is now. And perhaps I have grown a little more sensitive in older age but I don’t see that as a bad thing, I see that as me being more aware of the world outside of me.
