One of those weird nights here after having worked last night but not needing to tonight. Napped a little, did some more photo editing, but now thinking about supper.

Nothing thawed. Hmm..

Look through stuff from pantry… lets see…
Bag of pre-made Chili without beans.
Can of mild Chili beans
Bag of pasta that looks like mini lasagna noodles.

Sounds like Chili-mac tonight. Boil the noodles. Mix in the beans and chili, heat through, and melt a little shredded cheddar on top.

Nothing fancy but with a cup of tea, it should do just fine.
