I’m not sure it’s actually possible to assess someone’s mental health by web design—lack of technical skill, or lack of taste can easily give a false positive for crazy.

I guess Charles is tuned in to the website design…but the content is what strikes me. The huge flag backdrop and the nutty, inappropriate photos and quotes.
