The Democratic controlled New Jersey legislature recently voted down same sex marriage. Active?

President Obama continues to support laws that clearly discriminate against gays. Repeatedly defending DOMA in court, including just a few weeks ago, even though he didn’t have to. Active?

Obama orders halt to Guantnamo Bay tribunals, but does NOT order a stop to DADT investigations. AND openly refuses to simply defund them. Active?

No you can’t convince me that there is a difference (worse/better?) between the Democratic Party (that uses gays and lesbians to get elected, and then shoves them deep into the back of the political closet) and The Republican Party.

On gay and lesbian civil rights issues, I see no difference between the Democrats and Republicans.

Well then if there’s no evidence I could produce to convince you, and you don’t want to try and convince me by presenting me with examples of democrats actively calling for discrimination against Gays, then I guess there’s no point in any further discussion of the issue.
