For some reason this has Oily Taintz going bonkers.

His uncle was ruled to be in the US illegally in 1993, but this week he won an appeal and now gets to stay. The wingnuts are charging favoritism, but in this case it seems that what happened really was what was then-INS screwing up the man’s paperwork.

It’s telling how bureaucracy-hating wingnuts defend the bureaucrats if their action works to the detriment of a black man.
