Puerto Rico has another referendum on the question upcoming in the fall, SFZ. And Puerto Rico’s presidential primary is today.

So, Santorum decided that since Romney’s in the lead there, he’d just go ahead and preach to Puerto Rico about learning English instead of trying to pick up a few delegates?

Seriously not understanding what he thinks he’s doing, besides the usual pouting about English-only, that doesn’t even make any sense in this context.
