No, but Charles was comparing Christians and atheists. Those were the “control groups”. Christianity clearly arose out of Judaism. All of its founders were messianic Jews. They believed that Jesus of Nazareth was Messhiach, the Messiah foretold by the Prophets in Tanak, and the Prophet Isaiah in particular.

Then I will assume that you believe that morality originated with Judaism.
Judaism may have been the first monotheistic religion, but hardly the source of morality.
