I’m going to guess they were most worried/pissed about the collateral damage. The memo itself was a Nunesburger, but releasing it still probably suggests underlying classified materials, it’s pisses on our intelligence agencies and it was a deliberate if poorly aimed partisan attack which undermines the work of the committee.
