Hmmm. Wouldn’t it be more productive to digitize the photos from mug shots, or surveillance tapes and photos, or even all those security cameras that are everywhere. At least that is targeting the suspected criminals, rather than getting 20,000 nothings for every “bad” person you might just stumble across.

Note: I know doing what they are suggesting is being down is a waste of LE/processor time, but it makes a good scare tactic. But jsut to be safe I should get under cover since the sky is falling.,
