Ayep, it doesn’t matter what the EO actually does, what will matter is how the GOP and their friends in the “liberal media” can spin it.

Doesn’t matter that the scale of this EO is in line with past immigration EOs by Reagan or GHWB or GWB. They’re going to claim the EO itself is unconstitutional overreach, which doesn’t even pass the smell test.

These aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed, but they’re using the blunt instrument of sheer vitriol to force their way on to the nation.
