What I hope is that either Hillary or Bernie Sanders doesn’t take Trump’s bait in the way Jeb Bush has. Stay above the fray. Keep to the issues. But if Trump keeps forcing the issue, daring either one of them to go into the muck, they should do it with the intention of knocking him out. Obama followed this strategy masterfully in 2008 and it left McCain and Palin twisting in the wind.
