I really hope you are wrong-at the same time I would imagine that many on the other side would also be armed to the teeth in response and/or that the other side would tackle any such yahoo who decides to whip his metaphorical manhood out and start spewing lead-based justice.

In any event, the odds that such an event would be recorded by the huddled masses means that such an individual would probably find that life as he knew it would be over very quickly.

I hope you’re right but I envision a chaotic situation like the Waco topless bar shootout, with a cascade of violence and bullets flying everywhere.
