The statement from ITT is certainly self-serving. For example, it calls the government’s action “unconstitutional” as they claim the government did not allow for due process.

If they actually thought that (it was unconstitutional), they wouldn’t be shuttering, they would be screaming from the rooftops about rights and bringing a massive lawsuit.
