I really have no idea what possessed them to take what was a simple sewage bill this morning and add some unrelated language that will totally screw up a pension system that admittedly needs fixing.

Okay, so to summarize: The Republicans torpedoed a state education pension system by inserting some kind of fucked-up, half-baked “fix” into a completely unrelated bill, and then sent it to Governor Bevin’s desk. Correct?
