One hopeful sign on my drive to the hospital yesterday.

Along US-26 between Bridgeport and Scottsbluff there are several billboards posted by ranchers and farmers supporting Donald Trump. Ten or fifteen of them. All of them handmade and on their private property behind their barbed wire or electric fences.

Well, past tense. All of them are gone. Every single one.

I think maybe some of the folks around here are figuring out just how badly they got corkscrewed.

If that translates into votes for the Democratic candidate in the next election, great. If they decide not to vote, well, not as great, but those still aren’t votes for Trump.
