It is very obvious which states are scared to let their people vote.

Texas as an example…

And the ID requirement is “only” required the first time you vote by mail.

Minnesota’s aren’t explicitly listed, but from reading the MN Secretary of State information, Minnesota has fully open absentee voting, requiring only the signature and address of a witness - who can be a notary or a registered Minnesota voter. Living in a Democratic state is so cool.
