That is one possibility.

Another is that a lot of people became used to blabbing self serving stuff during the tfg administration. Remember how everything leaked like sieve back then?

I suspect that the Biden Administration knows how to restore some discipline back. And will work to mitigate the worst offensives.

Old government tactics like deadwood branches, long tdy tours in Fritters, Alabama followed by another in Toad Lick, West Virginia. Etc…
