Derp. They can deny it all day long but the fact remains that the VA isn’t going to be taking veterans guns away. There’s an already existing provision to the ‘93 Brady bill that does attempt to prevent gun ownership by people who are judged mentally incompetent enrolled in the VA. Some of that is even temporary.
