The dude’s a punk. From what I can tell, he wasn’t even showing up most of the time to the statehouse in Concord.

I’m a relative newcomer, but I quickly picked up on a local perception that an influx of “liberal Massholes” has changed the state. Over time I’ve learned that the real Trump-supporting GOP core here are more likely to be hardcore conservatives from Mass. who came to southern New Hampshire for somewhat cheaper homes (still astronomically high by my standards) and lack of income and sales taxes. The old-school Republicans, though some could still be pretty nasty, from what I understand (for example, the publisher of the Manchester Union-Leader), but were really more like the Romneys in most cases. Anyway, of local politics is R; our national politics is D. For now.
