Interesting to see people of mining stock here. My great grandfathers on my mom’s side were immigrants from Eastern Europe were miners about 50-75 miles east or so of Pittsburgh. My parents have always been pretty liberal but my dad especially I remember would play devil’s advocate with me and do it well. I appreciate that because while I realized I would never agree with most conservative positions I could at least understand the reason why someone thought a certain way.
