I dosed the tater tots with salt and Old Bay seasoning - a wild north country staple. They are yum.

Going to be some tomatoes, onion, pepper, corn, and zucchini in there, I think, and the sauce a mix of avocado and Greek yogurt. I suppose I need to start getting the kitchen prepped at some point.
