I think you’re right that Bibi is not the guy for this sort of thing. However, the “land for peace” trial balloon was Gaza and it didn’t work out very well. It’s going to be quite some time before an Israeli leader is willing to try that again and Palestinians are going to have to demonstrate that they’ll actually abide by the peace in exchange for land.
