I call it Cheesesteak Fries. That name draws a lot of complaint from Philly-philes but I just LOL back at them. I like to say the recipe is in the name. Slice some rib eye very thin and cook it with onions. Make a cheese sauce, I go with a roux, stir in milk till it thickens and add cheese. Anything that melts easily. Pile the meat on a bed of french fries and pour on the cheese.
