One is tempted to suggest they stop thinking of themselves as victims, and accept that this feeling of being unknown and unappreciated is common to most people in the world who just soldier on through it.

Meanwhile, voters in the “heartland” have been mocking us coastal dwellers for decades and I guess that’s OK, calling us “unAmericans” and worse.
