Another day, and more “winning” we are so tired of! What a joke.

On a lighter note, finally did a pot roast in the Instant Pot. So. Damn. Good. Didn’t even need a knife.

I bought a local equivalent of an Instant Pot over the weekend. I needed a rice cooker, so it seemed to be a logical upgrade. I am hooked! Made rice in 13 minutes one night, and a stew last night in 40, Hardest part was deciphering the instruction manual, which is naturally all in Chinese.
