Way off topic:

After months of wrestling with Microsoft and other tech support fora which are not written in English (they are written in Software Engineer), I just fixed my problem with opening Word documents sent to me via E-mail (such as government documents) and Excel (such as my wife’s plan for our trip).

I distinctly remember people telling me in the late Sixties and early Seventies how computers would make everything easier.

If not for computers, I would have to travel to Nebraska (or you to Germany) so we could discuss politics.
