The question is whether he will try to order the census to be printed with the question, and whether anyone is willing to take that bullet (legally speaking) for him and insist that it be printed that way. I’m guessing the answer will be “no” at some level.

Allegedly, they already started printing without the question. At least that was the representations made to the court and by Ross before Trump lost his shit in order to distract us from something else.
