I think it does. And I think if we could see a scatter chart by age, sex and location - and party affiliation, there would be some very interesting results.

Gamergate shows how much this affects young guys. Incels. Men who hate their woman boss (would likely hate any boss, but I digress). Old men who want to go back to the wimmenfolk listening and behaving. Religious nuts who think women are chattel to the man.

I think this is broadly throughout American society. For varying reasons.

I mean there’s a reason why MeToo has resulted in high profile men in all walks of life and ages being caught up in it. And your point about Gamergate is why you don’t see me go “Ok Boomer”, our problems are with individual mindsets rather than generational.
