That’s really a reach when it comes to Zimmerman. When the evidence is presented he may well turn out to have been justified. And even if his actions were criminal, they were manslaughter, not murder.

But be that as it may, this fellow’s case is weaker since he fled the scene, which Zimmerman did not do.
