The rulers should be blamed when government policies don’t work. The US left thinks that the rich are the rulers. The US right feels that minorities are the rulers.

One of these views is reality-based, the other is not.

It is a matter of RWNJ faith that minorities enjoy some special privileged status when it comes to government benefits.
