You have no idea how many killings by gun that go on in the 5 Boroughs of NYC.

It is frightful, and most are with illegal guns. Yes, the Police must have them, but we are also seeing them shot with the illegal guns. Booberg is a really lousy mayor, another beaut, like Arlen Spector, who changes parties like socks.

Sadly people can buy guns online. It should not be allowed.

Citizens should not be afraid to go out after dark…but as long as illegal guns are being bought? It will only get worse.

I’m sorry but the term “illegal gun” is a laugh and a half, since there really is effectively no such thing as a “legal” gun in NYC unless you’re NYPD. What we’re all talking about is thugs with handguns. Let’s call it what it is.

And yes, people can buy guns online, but what you don’t seem to know is that the online-purchased gun is shipped to a dealer, who in turn charges you a fee, fills out paperwork, and follows all state and federal rules for handing the gun over to you, the gun picker-upper, including the phone call to the Feds to make sure you’re not a person of ill repute. Online dealers won’t ship to private individuals, only FFLs. It’s exactly the same as buying it from the gun store, except you’ve paid somebody in another state for the gun via credit card and that other person has FedExed it to the dealer (at extraordinary cost, no less).

I’m done with my gun buying, but I preferred buying firearms online since my FFL’s transfer fee is cheap and it’s a great way to avoid state tax and dealer markup.
