I completely agree with you that the Dems need more of a presence in your area. I completely agree with that. I just don’t think the national Democratic Party taking out ads or having their natioanl candidates is oging ot help in an area that is hostile to the Democratic PArty at the moment. We’re going to change our area from the ground up if we do it and I ohpe we can even if you think I’m just some snob.

I don’t know what to do about my area being hostile to the Democrats: I do know that simply withdrawing from the fight won’t fix that.

Perhaps that is why I am neither a party strategist nor an pundit. Bill Kristol is wrong about nearly everything and gets paid tens of millions of dollars to be wrong.

I do better with editing erotic Romances. I really think I ought to leave the heavy lifting of politics to those who understand it better, like why one area should be targeted with adverts or surrogates and others completely ignored. I don’t understand the reasoning, I only see it isn’t working and I don’t know how to fix it.
