I don’t know the percentage. I can guarantee it’s at least 1 person, if you can trust these news stories ( usatoday.com ) about poor people who came into a pile of money and still weren’t able to manage.

I wasn’t meaning to imply it was the majority of people on public assistance. I was referring to the fact that some fraction CA Welfare recipients apparently went to NV casinos, and the Governor is making a Big Deal over this, which I think is unwarranted.
