That’s why I still hitch my horse at least 30 feet from the saloon entrances, because you never know when an over-zealous young beat cop will getcha.

What if I do not have a horse, and have, let’s say, a Great Dane I am walking at the time… Do the same laws apply? What if the said Great Dane wants some beer?
