They were both flawed candidates, and the RNC was ready to exploit those flaws up to and beyond the limit of the law

Bernie just didn’t have the 30 years of Clinton hate the “Vast Rightwing Conspiracy” cooked her in. He really to a degree was an unknown candidate.

What pissed me off was the people that considered themselves Democrats/Progressives/Lefties that bought the whole Clinton baggage bullshit and used it against her. That was letting the Republicans and their media control the damn narrative. And the same people that used her voice against her and let the Big Bill “women issues” be part of the blame Hillary thing too.

And look what we end up with. Plenty of baggage there. Talk about a hard to take “cackling” voice. And what about those women issues???
