How is it fair that Florida businesses receives government services that she is denied?

No one is forcing her to sell in FL. If she thinks that paying FL taxes deprives her of representation and the benefits of those taxes, she can refrain from selling there.

Her claim that she has a right to sell to FL without obeying their tax laws displays a surprising sense of entitlement for a business person.
