The Rights Climate Change/Global Warming is a hoax normally just frustrates me. Today I am pissed.

The furnace went out in my house last night. Horrible timing for what is the coldest day in about 20 years in my area in the east central US. But no worry for me and my family, we can bundle up tonight. Got enough space heaters (used safely) and blankets to be okay until morning. But what’s got me now is that we live in the greatest country in the world, but we should be embarrassed. It’s -2 degrees outside, and while I might be inconvenienced for several hours, there are many individuals who don’t have a home. Someone out there is trying to survive on a cold night like this. Yeah, there are shelters, but not everyone that is homeless is in a shelter tonight. Not exactly about the denial of Climate Science, but an ideology that refuses to accept and understand not only something that is backed up by a large amount of evidence, but something that can have a huge impact on peoples lives. Just my smallest bit of feeling uncomfortable is making me sick for those less fortunate, who I feel aren’t getting a fair shake from those in power.
