The CBO has made it clear that any GOP straight repeal would add significantly to the debt, leave more people uninsured, and still do a worse job than Obamacare has done.

The GOP clearly doesn’t care.

They don’t know or care how insurance actually works, let alone what kind of burdens they’re imposing on everyone as a result of their actions.
