I had a 24” iMac of about that vintage. Its graphics card was starting to send signals. I got a new 27” 2TB iMac in 2019, and have added some additional RAM to it. Gave the old one to my ‘grandson’ and he is still using it for school work and research and games. The old graphics card is still hanging on, and my new one is in the tender arms of Apple getting a new logic board. One never knows.
