After searching the net extensively, I could find no later publication of the OK GOP Platform than the one entitled Report of the Oklahoma Republican Party Platform Committee 2008 which was last posted on 1/2009 (linked). It is essentially that of the Wagoner/Rogers County platform excerpted above.
It is not clear how the convention on 18 April changed any of that document.
In case anyone thinks this is of no concern: as we see “moderate” Republicans like the Sen. from PA peel away from the GOP, those who remain in the GOP will have ever increasing voice in the national level agenda. The moderate Republicans nationally have been enough to keep the national platform agnostic; I wonder how the convention of 2012 will turn out if the GOP is … purified (?)… of its moderates.
