I don’t think the issue really is about Christians having a prayer rally or what they believe. There’s nothing wrong with that. What’s wrong is that a governor organized a very specific religious rally and what I should have mentioned above. A governor is supposed to be representing all people in their state and I would think all politicians need to be very careful how they are perceived in favoring one group over another.

Of course, everyone is entitled to attend services at their religion of choice, but The Response wasn’t that at all.
