Good find. Also note that ER visits are not insurance. You still have to pay the full bill if you’re uninsured. And since ER bills are higher than regular doctor’s visits, this results in bankruptcy for a lot of people. Not to mention that it is not a government mandate that requires ERs to treat people regardless of ability to pay. It’s that pesky hippocratic oath that doctors take.
