Interesting article. I thought the point about there being two strands of white nationalism was especially interesting. To summarize:

1) racial differences in intelligence and behavior with blacks held to be inferior

2) racial tribalism —- i.e, the idea that

it’s natural for people to align with their own race and to work in their own race’s interests. And if you don’t do that, there’s something wrong with you and if you don’t defend your own race’s interests, you’re just going to be victimized by other races…

Item 2 is considerably more subtle (and may be more widespread) than the cruder racism of #1, so it is worthwhile to see it explicitly pointed out.
